Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our commitment to fairness and transparency in every booking and enrolment.
At Cosmic Blessings, we strive to deliver value in every course, consultation, and healing session. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Course Refunds
- Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
- 50% refund available for cancellations between 3–7 days before the start date.
- No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the course start date.
- Once course materials or access has been provided, refunds are not available.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases, please contact us and we will review your request with compassion and fairness.
