Meditation does not require long hours or perfect silence. A few minutes of consistent practice can create meaningful change.

Start Small

Begin with just five minutes a day. It is better to meditate for five minutes daily than for an hour once a week.

Choose a Time

Many people find morning or before-bed meditation easiest. Pick a time and stick with it so it becomes automatic.

Create a Simple Space

You do not need a special room. A quiet corner with a cushion or chair is enough. Over time, this space becomes a cue for calm.

Focus on Breath

The simplest technique is breath awareness. Notice each inhale and exhale. When your mind wanders, gently return to the breath. That returning is the practice.

Be Kind to Yourself

There is no such thing as a "bad" meditation. Some sessions feel calm, others feel busy. Both are valuable.

Join a Group

Practising with others can help you stay consistent. Cosmic Blessings offers guided meditation sessions and courses for all levels.
